Traffic arbitrage is basically buying traffic at one price and making more income from this traffic than the amount paid, thus making a profit. "Buy low - sell high."

Ideally the traffic arbitrage should be scalable, so that if niches are found with a good profit, you can exponentially increase the amount of traffic purchased to make more profit.
